I am an independent travel agent affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group.

Please do not send payment-card information, passport details, or other sensitive information through ordinary email. When such information is required, use the secure method provided for the booking.

JourneyFuse inquiry form

The “Start a conversation” link takes you to a form hosted by JourneyFuse, a third-party travel-advisor platform. Information entered there is processed through JourneyFuse and made available to us for responding to your request. JourneyFuse and other third-party services may apply their own privacy terms to information processed on their platforms.

How information is used

Travel suppliers may process information in countries with privacy laws different from those where you live.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain booking and business records, address disputes, and satisfy tax, accounting, supplier, insurance, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to verification and legal retention requirements. Where applicable, California residents may also have rights to know about the collection and disclosure of personal information, request correction or deletion, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.
